It looks like Italy’s making a push to steal the Covers That Make No Sense title from Russia. Some of the ones for VD make sense in a generic vampire way, but others are completely random. This cover for The Forbidden Game: The Hunter is nice, but… it looks like it belongs in a horror movie. You know the type. “Oh no! Our child has suffered some sort of trauma! Let’s get away from the soul-sucking city and move to the middle of nowhere where no one can hear you scream so we can be a family again!” Okay. It has a house. FG has the Paper House. The house on the cover is… housey? But it also looks like it’s in the middle of a field. And there’s a dude with a cane and possibly a top hat.
