LJS Books

Denmark may not have many LJS editions, but the ones they have are memorable. I remember lamenting to Lorraine (okay, whining) that I didn’t have the weird blue ones.

On one hand, I like that they went with white backgrounds for the reprints. It’s a nice change from the sea of black covers in YA today. On the other… I keep having flashbacks to Juliette Lewis in the video for Melissa Etheridge’s “Come to My Window”. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but imagining Elena as a mental patient certainly puts a different spin on things.
